Choose your platform before connecting

EasyInvio currently implements Shopify order notifications/retrieval, WooCommerce signed order webhooks, and Amazon authorised seller order lookup triggered by AWS notifications. A workspace owner or admin manages connections in Store Integrations; dispatchers use the imported orders in Marketplace Workspace.

eBay, BigCommerce and PrestaShop are catalogue entries for assisted setup. Their order adapters and authorisation onboarding still need implementation; entering credentials does not activate imports. Etsy, Magento, Wix and TikTok are not implemented native order importers in this application.

1. Tell us which store platform you use.
2. For Shopify, WooCommerce or Amazon, follow that platform's connection guide and save credentials only in its secure connection settings.
3. Verify an imported order in Marketplace Workspace, review shipment details and explicitly choose/book a carrier. Store connection never purchases labels automatically.

For an unsupported platform, use an available manual shipment or CSV preparation workflow while discussing an adapter with support. Do not use Shopify setup instructions for a different platform.
